COMMON QUESTION: Is it possible to organize the photo slideshow like the photo album (so that the photos appear in a certain order)?

ANSWER: Yes, it is.

Actually the main purpose of creating an album of photos is so that you can organize your photos into a certain order for viewing purposes. The neat thing about this is, you can reuse photos in multiple albums. For example: Even though I have an album named "XYZ Alpaca", and that album has all of that animal's photos in it, I can also create another albums named "2009 Crias" and have all those same photos in this album along with the rest of our crias from 2009. Does that make sense?

The most attractive feature of creating albums, is the ability to display those albums in any order your like through a photo slideshow. Why is this attractive? It's not only eye catching, it's embeddable, which means you can embed your slideshow of whatever album you like on YOUR website, or even MySpace & Facebook. That's powerful! Talk about marketing made easy!

I know what you are thinking..."Yeah whatever...I am not a computer geek and this sounds complicated"

Guess what!? It's not. Just to make it even more simple, let's do a tutorial!

CREATING AN ALBUM AND EMBEDDING IT ON MY WEBSITE

Ok let get started. Just to give a quick overview, we are going to create an album named "XYZ Alpaca" and embed it on another website.

Click Here To Zoom In!Step 1: Go to "Albums" in the Top Main Menu and click on the option in the dropdown menu labelled "Add Album". This will bring you to a page that will basically guide you through the process of creating an album.
NOTE: This tutorial is not going to go exactly in the order that the "ADD ALBUM" page instructs.

Click Here To Zoom In!Step 2: Instead of adding photos to our album first, we are going to give it a title and a description. Due to human nature, most people get excited and add a bunch of photos to their album and click SAVE. Unfortunately, they forgot to give it a title and description. Now they have to go back and add that in. We are trying to avoid this common brain fart.

Click Here To Zoom In!Step 3: Now we are ready to add photos. But before we can add them, let's filter them. You have the option of adding photos from YOUR PHOTOS or EVERYONE's PHOTOS. In this case I am going to choose everyone's photos. Notice that I also filter the photos by the keyword "llama". NOTE: Filtering by keyword only works if the person who uploaded the photo actually added the TAGS for the photo. If you've been lazy...more than likely you didn't add in the tags to the tons of photos you have aded. In that case, leave the filter text box blank, and you'll have to browse through a bunch of photos.

Click Here To Zoom In!Step 4: Lets actually add photos by dragging them to your album. I've noticed that you'll have more success if you actually drag the photo from inventory on the left to the exact spot in the album box on the right. Please click on that thumbnail provided to the left of this text for a visual. The order that you drag the photos to your album area is the order that they will show up in the slideshow. If you change your mind about the order, you can drag a photo in front of another photo to rearrange the photos in that album box area on the right. This means that you DO NOT have to drag everything off the album and then back on the album to rearrange. (Wouldn't that be a hassle!)

Step 5: Click the SAVE button towards the bottom of the page to save your album. Remember that you can always go back and edit the order of the photos or any other details later.

Click Here To Zoom In!Step 6: Once you have SAVED your Album, you will be redirected to the actual album. Remember that we wanted to embed this on your own website? You'll notice that there are some links below the album cover on the left side of the page. Click on "Get Embed Code". This will display a text box with HTML code in it. Just COPY & PASTE this code into your website. If you are not comfortable doing this yourself, email the code to your webmaster. Please click on that thumbnail provided to the left of this text for a visual.

If you have any problems during this process or just have questions in general, please comment below so I can help.
