Don't worry. Oats are fine. I feed COB, Corn Oats Barley, that has powered molasses on it. They love it. I also feed free choice grass hay. When packing I carry some of the llama chow made by Mazuri. I just wouldn't feed oats as their only food.

About Me:

New to llamas, have 2 geldings,and 1 female. Just crazy about llamas.We sold our horses last year,got sheep,then 1st llama-she ended up being a rescue-very thin-and teenage children were riding her! This winter we adopted two geldings-thin also.We live in central Upper Michigan
