Debbie,
How are you doing?? Saw a picture of Silver Peru and wondered how he is doing. We have a daughter out of him and a beautiful rug on our store wall out of his beautiful silver fiber.
We still think he is one of the most beautiful llamas we have ever seen.
Jerry & Carolyn
Went to Xenia last Sun to pick up 3 juvees for the Reids (live near me) that bought from the Targetts. These folks are still in the 'fill your barn' mode. They bought 2 from me last summer and an unreg female 1st from an alpaca guy near here-they are renting a couple of guards and have had 5 (FIVE) dog attacks they know about. Doug has a suri he is trying to sell - if interested, give him a call. Think they are getting out of suris.
Are you in SLA - can look I guess. Waiting for another keuring nearby. I just got a 13YO frail alpaca that a friend said he got esp for me - some favor as she is very frail. Not bred - thank goodness - need to fatten her up. CDawson dumped off the last of her licey llamas here in Oct - no, this is not officially a rescue place! Going to the Daffodil? 2008 was an all boy year here-so, I may just take a few boys.
Hi Debbie,
Great that you found LamaJournal.com and joined. My son, Steven, is in the Air Force and is always working on websites. I believe he hit a homerun on this one. A great way for llamalovers to keep in touch without all the trouble of the farm website. Hope you have a great summer and see you at the LFA. Check out our new "Llama Store" that we are getting ready to open in a few weeks.
Take care,
Jerry & Carolyn
A great big hello from Xenia, Ohio! I would like to invite you to stop by and visit with us whenever you are in the area. We love visiting with fellow lama lovers! We started with llamas in 1995 and since then have added alpacas too. We have 56 llamas and 42 alpacas here at the farm. We are honored to have Silver Peru as one of our herdsires. The profile photo shows one of our Silver Peru kids (SPCL Sterling Silver) when he was fist place in his class at the 2008 Celebrity World Futurity.
I cannot think of anything more fun than family, friends and lamas!!!!!! It is time to put the fun back into showing.

Just wanted to stop by to say "hi", and that I hope you are feeling better very soon.
